The TN Miller Remodeling Process begins with a free consultation to discuss your needs, budget considerations, timeframe, and best way to proceed. |
Preliminary Concept

Once you have decided TN Miller Remodeling will be a good fit for you and your project, we will begin your project with a feasibility study. We will set an affordable budget, review or create conceptual designs, and meet with a product coordinator to determine the best products for your project. |
Agreement
|
 |
We will create a fixed contract agreement and convert your ¼ inch scale drawings into engineered drawings which we will use to procure your projects building permit. |
Project Management
|
 |
Using our state of the art project management software we will minimize the disruption to you and your family by coordinating our unique team of managers, carpenters, and subcontractors, in combination with our suppliers to deliver your project to your design, on time and within your budget. |
Warranty
|
 |
Once the project is complete, we will walk through the site making note of refinements and final fixes. You will then receive our warranty on our services. |
